Tonight I have been working on tidying up the map and mainly working on the church, in terms of completion, I think I have completed roughly 50% of the church architecture, next I need to model the windows and the wall surrounding these windows, once I have done the windows and roof I will move onto the rest of the abbey and start building the cloister.
For now though, check out the attached image, let me know what you think of the modelling and or lighting.
The reason for the post title is because I would want the abbey to be near on complete before I start working on a story and game play, I personally find it a lot easier to visualise things when I got an environment to work in.
